Precision Structuring
IMM is service provider for the development and fabrication of precision and micro structures:
- in the standard range (>100µm) with the equipment of milling, turning, drilling, grinding,
- in the micro range (<100µm) -preferably EDM range - with wire and bulk EDM as well as ultra precision machining.
Besides the structuring of single parts we offer the fabrication of pilot series as well as assembly, micro assembly and packaging. The realisation of prototypes, single parts, small series, components and the structuring thereof is organised and certified via a network - from construction to programming and fabrication up to assembly via 3D-CAD, CAD/CAM and machine control. On request measurement reports for critical structures can be provided. The field of responsibility additionally comprises new and further development of machine and device technology as well as strategy and technology development for the fabrication of customer specific components in the micro range from various materials. Furthermore, training courses for customer personnel in the field EDM micro processing as well as for finding the right operational parameters can be offered.
